SouthArrow Consulting is located in Buffalo, New York.   Western New York is our home, but we have experience working on diverse projects around the world.

We offer a full range of environmental, social, and economic consulting services.  We specialize in GIS, urban planning, policy formation, business development,  IT services, web programming  and presentations.  No project is too large, but we often assist smaller companies and organizations with understanding, entering and taking advantage of emerging technologies.

We are a certified Minority Owned Business looking to act as either a primary or sub contractor.
